On Monday night my food bastard and I ventured over the bridge to Trinity Groves to dine at Kitchen LTO. It had only been open a few days, but the dishes were expertly crafted and it seems like the concept is off to a great start.

It’s no secret that I’m a fan of all the crazy, reality show-like activity that’s been going on in Trinity Groves, from the original concept for Kitchen LTO, to Fork Fight and continuing with the opening of new restaurant concept after new restaurant concept in the incubator. I love what Romano and the whole TG team are up to. It’s just the kind of pioneering spirit Dallas needs!

Check out my First Look at Kitchen LTO over on City of Ate, and meanwhile feast your eyes on some of what we enjoyed the other night.
