@CityofAte #CROSSPOST: My First Look at Le Bilboquet
I might as well admit it. I’ve been on vacation. It was the glorious kind of vacation where you turn off your cell data and go somewhere beachy and eat marginally acceptable food for a week or so while doing nothing that you can’t do in your bathing suit and flip flops. But right before my Food Bastard husband and I got the eff outta town, we went to Le Bilboquet, which opened extremely quietly, in my opinion, a few weeks ago. Then I wrote it up for City of Ate and yadda yadda yadda now we’re a little more caught up.
Speaking of catching up, I plan to do that this weekend (though honestly I plan to do that most weekends and it turns out I’m shitty at planning to do things), so here’s hoping you find some more posts up here on the blog pretty soon.
Le Bilboquet was tasty and French and classy. And pricey. But it makes for a solid date night or to impress someone with the sexy way you order mussels.
