Well folks, last night was the Big Game, and the yearly crisscrossing of my two loves: advertising and food. It was also a special night, as it was the night I wrote my 100th post for City of Ate. I can’t believe I’ve written 100. That’s got to be, like 500 hours of work. And even though the post got severely messed up (I accidentally posted that damn baby clydesdale for nearly every YouTube ad without realizing it, thanks to a faulty Chrome plugin and plenty of human error), it brought a tear to my eye to think of all the fun I’ve had in the past year-and-a-half freelancing for The Dallas Observer. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my post more than you enjoyed last night’s piss-poor showing from the advertising community. Seriously, it wasn’t that great of a night for my industry.

Oh and the vids are fixed now. PHEW.
