It’s way too damn early to drool this much. But too bad, because at 8:00 this morning, my little blurb about Central 214’s Oxtail Ragout popped up at the top of City of Ate.
That plate is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever photographed, if I do say so myself. I mean, Chef Dodds did most of the work.
Read, drool, drool some more, and then wait until fall when it’s back on the menu. My apologies for the tease…
