#cleanserage Day 4
Well, I didn’t take a photo of my lunch on Day 4, probably due to the hunger. It was leftovers from Day 3 dinner (the best meal yet), so there was chicken, brown rice with carrots and scallions and bok choy and mustard greens.
Breakfast was served in a to-go cup (it was THAT kind of day): cooked oats, maple syrup, fruits and nuts.

Broccoli (which I baked with the apple cider glazed chicken instead of blanching) and some of the onion-meyer lemon relish I made on Sunday night.
Not bad! We had a bit of chocolate with yogurt for dessert…
