Day 6 featured two scrambled eggs with caramelized onions, butternut squash curry and a salad (because soba noodles with clams sounds disgusting).


Eggs with caramelized onions. I’m a fan, except for the overly salty onions due to the recipe being off. Note to none of you since I really don’t recommend undertaking this massive diet plan.

The finished product. So glad I used Panang curry rather than my usual Rajah yellow curry, because I just love Panang curry so much! Served over brown rice and carrots, this curry (made vegetarian by me) is rich and delicious.
