Description
Lunch on our way into Franschoek was delightful. At a little winery and restaurant, we sat outside in the sunshine and breeze, drank wine and enjoyed a few delights from their menu. The last item was “bitter chocolate creme brulee.” Interesting interpretation of a classic…
Between the wine, the winding road and lunch, we were barely conscious when we turned into a hotel with a spa called Camelot. Two hours later we emerged sugar scrubbed, massaged and relaxed. Ready, basically, for a three-and-a-half-hour dinner at The Tasting Room. Wow.Stay tuned for more details on that exceptional culinary experience when we return to the States.
