Salt in the Ambasssador Hotel was all ours, mostly because there were no other lunch guests. Good thing our hotel consierge made us a reservation.

Anyway, the lack of diners was not for lack of service or delicious food. We enjoyed a three-course lunch, starting with a rare beef and strawberry salad, followed by chicken for me, lamb with risotto for him. Finally, we were served a cheesecake dessert for him and a passion fruit sorbet for me. Everything tasted great. And the VIEW was out of control.

From there, we were off to the World of Birds to see, well, birds, plus monkeys and more.
