Montlake Cut via The Dallas Observer
I’m not going to lie: this freelance food critic gig’s got me feelin’ the perks pretty hard. Montlake Cut, for example, is a lovely little boat, I mean restaurant, (It’s raining today, everything seems seafaring) that moved into the space where my beloved Spoon used to be. I loved getting to experience it a couple of times and then write about it for the Dallas Observer’s Food and Drink blog. Lucky bitch alert.
On Thursday, my review will be in the paper, too. So pick one up, if you’re into that sort of thing. And bonus, if you’re a foodbitch blog reader (and I think you are since you’re reading this right now), you get to see the below behind-the-scenes food porny images from my visits. Get ready to get hungry for some tasty Pacific Northwestern-y things.
Badass menus that they update every day. Is it bad that I wanted to ask how much that costs? The bar at Montlake Cut in Dallas. Photo by foodbitchThe Trader Nic at Montlake Cut in Dallas.
