I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I’m not reviewing effing baby food on this here blog. So stop asking. Even though I have a couple of food babies, I am most certainly NOT a foodie mommy blogger. But I do love cheese.
So, when I heard about free grilled cheese sandwiches on National Grilled Cheese Day for kids AT THE ZOO? It was simply all too cute to ignore.
So if any of you out there have offspring of grilled cheese-eating age (mine are far too young), this post is for you.
Here’s what you need to know:
Tillamook is giving away chef hats, aprons and grilled cheese-making supplies to kids at the Dallas Zoo on April 12 (AKA National Grilled Cheese Day). They’re calling it a Grilled Cheese Celebration. I get that.
You can get free tickets to the zoo on that day so your kiddos can cheese it up.
Tillamook will be giving away more than 100 free tickets to the Dallas Zoo and Grilled Cheese Celebration at the zoo entrance on April 12.
Additionally, 200 tickets to the Grilled Cheese Celebration (not including zoo admission) will be distributed to visitors of the Dallas Zoo.
So, you can follow the Tillamook CHEESE TOUR (not to be confused with the ice cream tour or yogurt tour), or you can just show up at the Dallas Zoo on the 12th and get your grilled cheese on with the kiddos.
Just don’t feed the animals, K?
