I’d been meaning to get to the newly opened Lombardi Family Concepts spot, Bistro 31, well, since it was newly opened. Finally, we descended upon brunch at the beautifully French-looking bistro. It was pouring rain, which made the covered patio seating even more beautiful.

Eggs Your way was served with brunch potatoes and came with a porky meat, for which I substituted elegant smoked salmon.
The “food bastard” elected to lunch rather than brunch, and this homemade pasta dish with “melted tomatoes” was above and beyond our expectations.
Even the salt is beautiful here. Must go back repeatedly.
