Goodness I love a good sandwich. Like seriously – who else makes herself a turkey pastrami sandwich on toasted marble rye with brie, dijon and fig jam for a late night snack? This bitch does.

So when I got the press release this morning about East Hampton Sandwich Co., I started to salivate just a bit. Okay, a lot. Then I read the menu. Here are some highlights: Short ribs. Homemade potato chips. Empire Bakery bread. All meats made in house. Bag o’ donuts.


Here are the goods:

East Hampton is opening Wednesday in Snider Plaza.


Owner and space = very sharp:
